FAQ about Returning

Q: WHAT IF I DROP A CLASS?
A
:  We give the first three days of school to get a full refund with no questions asked, after that you have the first week of school to get a full refund when you provide proof that you have dropped the class and can show an old schedule and a new schedule.

Q: CAN I GET A REFUND THROUGHOUT THE SEMESTER?
A:  Refunds are only issued out the first week of school,  however, we do offer any student at any time to drop your book off and we will gladly put it back on our shelf for another student to rent it out.  In the event the book rents, we then call you in to receive a full refund.  Yes, you can do this for prepaid book, too.

Q: ARE THERE ANY LATE FEES?

A:  Late fees apply when books are not returned at the end of the semester.

Q: WHAT IF I DON'T RETURN BY LAST DAY OF FINALS?
A:  Check on our website for your school you attend for late fees that will apply.

Q: CAN I REALLY SWAP OUT ANY BOOK AT ANY TIME?

A:  Yes, you can. You just pay the difference in the book prices, either you owing us or we owe you.

Q: WHAT IF MY MOM STEALS MY BOOK?
A:  If your mom or anyone else happens to steal your book, it comes back to whomever rented the textbook is responsible for returning your textbooks.

Q: IS YOUR BOOK DROP ALWAYS OPEN?
A:  Book drop is only to be used for after hours. It is closed during our business hours.

Q:  CAN YOU COME GET MY BOOKS FROM ME?
A:  A simple email or phone call is needed if a student has a problem getting their books back in. On occasion we have been known to meet students to get our books back in. We try our best to work with each situation that is thrown our way.

Q: WHAT EXACTLY IS REPLACEMENT COST?
A:  Replacement cost is the list price of the textbook.  Your rental does NOT go toward this cost.

CHANGES TO OUR REFUND POLICY:

 Refunds are only given for dropped classes with proof or wrong books issued for the first three days of summer school and the first five days of spring/fall semesters.  Refund will NOT be given for books on backorder so please BE CERTAIN when these books are ordered that you do in fact need them.

For inventory purposes: If it shows "In stock" next to the price the book is here within our store. If it shows only a price a box will appear when you choose this and will explain our "Out of Stock" process.  Please be very careful when choosing these books.  Please email us if you have any questions.

 

We now have a waiting list if you prefer not to prepay for a book.  When you see a book that is "Available to Order" click the box as if you are purchasing it and ask your cashier once you are about to pay to be put on the waiting list for that particular book.  This can only be done in the store!! Once the book becomes available you will receive an email stating that there is inventory in our store.
