Q: WHAT IS THE RENTAL PROCESS AND IS IT EASY?
A
:  Yes its easy. You will be guided the whole way through. Choose your school, semester, class, section number and a beautiful book will appear.

Q:  IF I PLACE MY ORDER ONLINE, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BE READY IN STORE?
A:  Your order will take about 5 working hours to process.  So, if you place your order at 11 am, your order will be ready at 4 pm that afternoon.  If you place your order at 1 am, your order will be ready 5 hours after we open the store.  Please check our store hours.

Q: WHAT DO I NEED TO RENT ONLINE?
A
:  All you need is a credit card, your schedule, syllabus if handy, and your drivers license.

Q: CAN I HIGHLIGHT AND WRITE IN THE BOOKS?
A
:  Yes you can. Not allowing a student to highlight or write in the book would be like tying a students hand behind their back. Lol...highlighting and notes in the margin could be an asset to another student, however in excess could be annoying.

Q: DATES BOOKS ARE DUE BACK TO TRI?
A:  Books are always due back the last day of finals

Q: DOES RENTING REALLY SAVE YOU MONEY?
A:  Yes, it does. Books change so often and you lose money when you buy

Q: CAN I SWIM WITH MY BOOK?
A:  You can swim with your book, however I highly do not suggest you try this. In the event you decide to do so, we will have to charge you replacement cost which is equivalent to purchasing your text.

Q: IS THERE A SHIPPING CHARGE TO HAVE MY BOOKS MAILED?
A:  At this time, we offer to mail your books out to you and there is a 10.00 flat fee.

Q: ARE THERE ANY LATE FEES?
A:  Late fees apply when books are not returned at the end of the semester.

Q: WHAT IF I DON'T RETURN BY LAST DAY OF FINALS?
A:  Check on our website for your school you attend for late fees that will apply.

Q:  WHAT IF YOU ARE OUT OF STOCK ON A PARTICULAR BOOK?
A
:  If we are out of stock on a book we will order the book for you as long as you prepay for that book.

Q: CAN ANYONE DO A DEFERRED PAYMENT PLAN?
A
:  Yes, all we need is a check.

Q: WHAT IF I LOVE THIS BOOK AND WISH TO KEEP IT?
A
:  We give away all old edition books at the end of each semester, so if you truly fall in love with a book and wish to keep it, we will give you the old edition of that book when you return it at the end of the semester.

Q:  CAN I USE A CREDIT CARD IN STORE?
A:  Yes, we accept credit cards in our store.

Q: DO YOU SELL ANY BOOKS?
A:  Yes, we do sell some of our books. Typically, it is books that have to be written in a lot or pages torn out (i.e.,workbooks). However we try our best to rent as many books as possible.

Q: WHAT ARE MY TAXES?
A:  Your tax at this present moment is 8%.

Q: CAN I GET A REFUND THROUGHOUT THE SEMESTER?
A:  Refunds are only issued out the first week of school, however, we do offer any student at any time to drop your book off and we will gladly put it back on our shelf for another student to rent it out. In the event that happens, we then call you in to receive your full refund.

Q: CAN I REALLY SWAP OUT ANY BOOK AT ANY TIME?
A:  Yes, you can. You just pay the difference in the book prices, either you owing us or we owe you.

Q: ARE YOU FOR REAL?
A:  Yes we are.

Q: WHAT IF MY MOM STEALS MY BOOK?
A:  If your mom or anyone else happens to steal your book, it comes back to whomever rented the textbook is responsible for returning your textbooks. I would also be a little worried about your mom.

Q: WHAT EXACTLY IS CURB SIDE PICKUP?
A:  Curb side pickup will be offered during certain hours out of the day, please check your our website to view those hours. Curb side pickup is dedicated to those students who would like to avoid the lines and sit in their car while we get their books and deliver them to your vehicle. Curb side pickup can only be used if you ordered online and you must have your receipt in order to use this service. Curb side pickup has designated parking in the rear of our building, so please look for those signs indicating such.

Q: WHAT IF I FIND A CHEAPER BOOK AT ANOTHER PHYSICAL LOCATION?
A:  We guarantee to match anyone's physical location at our colleges rental prices.

Q: DO YOU CARRY ALL MY CLASSES?
A:  There are some books that we do not carry however if you prepay for the book we can usually get that book in our store within 3-5 business days.

Q: WHAT IF I GET THE WRONG BOOK FOR MY CLASS?
A:  We guarantee the right book for the right class. If you happen to get the wrong book we just need proof of the book you need and we gladly issue you the right book.

Q: CAN I RENT FOR MORE THAN ONE SEMESTER?
A:  Books are rented for one semester at a time and due back the last day of finals.

Q: DO YOU BUYBACK ANY BOOKS?
A:  Yes we buyback. At this point and time we buy back the 3rd day into each semester and at the end of each semester.

Q: WHY IS TEXTBOOK RENTALS OR FLIP THAT BOOK NOT AT OUR COLLEGE YET?
A:  We are headed your way. Look for us in your school newspaper.

CHANGES TO OUR REFUND POLICY:

 Refunds are only given for dropped classes with proof or wrong books issued for the first three days of summer school and the first five days of spring/fall semesters.  Refund will NOT be given for books on backorder so please BE CERTAIN when these books are ordered that you do in fact need them.

For inventory purposes: If it shows "In stock" next to the price the book is here within our store. If it shows only a price a box will appear when you choose this and will explain our "Out of Stock" process.  Please be very careful when choosing these books.  Please email us if you have any questions.

 

We now have a waiting list if you prefer not to prepay for a book.  When you see a book that is "Available to Order" click the box as if you are purchasing it and ask your cashier once you are about to pay to be put on the waiting list for that particular book.  This can only be done in the store!! Once the book becomes available you will receive an email stating that there is inventory in our store.
