REFUND AFTER THE FIRST WEEK/SWAP

This is a procedure that is unique, cool, and the students love it. It’s one thing that sets us apart from our competitors.

  • After the first week refund policy has expired we do offer to put your books back on our shelves and if they are rented out by another customer we will then issue you a full refund for any books that got rented out by that customer. We have offered this since our opening and are very honest in this process. Ask around…
  • We also provide a service called “swap”. After the first week refund policy has expired we gladly will exchange any book that you have rented from us in replacement of another book if in stock. If there is a price difference we then charge you accordingly.

 Refunds are only given for dropped classes with proof or wrong books issued for the first three days of summer school and the first five days of spring/fall semesters.
