Shipping and Returns

Returns
Rentals are ALWAYS due back on the last day of finals. We do give a few days extra, but in our experience, after the last final, students typically leave town and take our books with them. So please make every effort to return our books by the last day of finals so no late fees are incurred.

Damages and issues
The books are thoroughly checked before being shipped. Please remember once the books have left our store you are responsible for any and all damages. Please inspect your books before leaving so that your account can be notated correctly. Any books that are damaged at the time of returns will be charged the full replacement cost of the book. Upon our discretion, normal wear and tear is fine. Water damaged books are not acceptable to return, so please check your books. If they are water damaged then there will be a replacement charge at that time.

Exchanges
You are welcome to come in the store to exchange any incorrect text for the correct one. If it is past the refund date, we will gladly look to see if you we the book in stock that you want to exchange with. If your book is cheaper and the one you want to get is more expensive then we will charge the difference and swap out books with you. If your book is more expensive, than the book you want to swap it out with, then we just make an even swap and no monies are exchanged.

Refunds
You have the first 3 days of classes for a full refund no questions asked. You have the first week of school for a full refund if the book is incorrect as per the Syllabus or you dropped the class with proof. So feel free to beat the rush and get your books ahead of time by having them shipped to you or pick them up in store. You are taking no risk by getting them early and we prefer it that way. It lessons the load on everyone that first week of classes.
